Great grid! <3 Particular favourites are 1a, 22a, 4d, 12d and 19d.

A tour de force Umpire, albeit that some clues defeated me, inadequate solver that I am. But on revealing the 25% shortfall, I could but marvel at the constructions. A bit pointless picking favourites as they were all fab, though 'shock for Cockney' made me chuckle and 11a was pretty much perfect.
