Thanks Salix, a satisfying solve gentle enough for bedtime here. I particularly enjoyed 11a, 25a, 10d & 19d among others. Any liberties taken with stretchy synonyms and the like are entirely forgivable. The theme helped once apparent, so a bit more fun to be had
