Cryptic crossword No 19

Nice crossword, thanks! Not too hard, but with some nice "Aha!" moments. I can't see (what I assume is) the homonym in 17a? It took me a while to understand the reference to 2 in 26a - I groaned (in a good way) when I got it! It fits in nicely with the theme, too.

A very enjoyable crossword, with a pleasant theme. Personal favourites 11A, 13A, 18A, 8D. I struggled a bit to parse 25A but having done so I think it works. I'd be very happy so see this in the Guardian Monday slot in early December.
