Cryptic crossword No 2,011

Another old grid, recently clued. I'm a little rusty so feedback welcome!

Thanks, Chlorine! I especially liked 1a, 15a, 4d, 5d (which made me laugh) and 18d.

I mostly enjoyed this! I had to resort to a list for 7d, I suspect I'm not alone there. A few felt disconcertingly easy, e.g. at 2d I think you could have used a synonym for pagan rather than the word itself. I'm afraid I'd seen 5d before. 22a made me smile.
