Welcome to MyC maymes and congratulations on a decent debut. I had a go at this but missed understanding clues like 15a, 18a, and 14d due to the niche info required. I did enjoy clues like 7a, 3d, and 21d. More in reply.
I really enjoyed this puzzle and Martin's solving skills today. Congrats on a great debut, Matt! 1d is a favorite, especially in its unique and (imo) fair use of 'secondary' anagram fodder.
