Thank you. I just discovered MyCrossword and this was the first I looked at. I liked 21 a lot as definition but isn't the wordplay cluing backwards? Maybe "in poor visibility before exercise"? Think my favourite was 27 (my eyes slid by the s on Wings at first) or maybe the simplicity of 20.
Once again, I'm slow to get to yours Cheeseman but get there I did. Another nicely done puzzle - though I was beaten by 9d (unhelpful crossers and I did not crack your WP or def!). 12a, 23a, 28a, 6d, 18d and 25d my faves. Thanks. PM
