Special Instructions: This one was fun to compile! I have tried being a bit more adventurous while heeding advice given previously. Constructive feedback welcome!

Thanks Gillafox, a tough challenge that was satisfying to complete (despite needing a couple of 'bung & check' guesses in the NE - though all parsed now, annotations would be useful if you have them). Faves 10a, 12a, 19a, 21a, 26a & 16d. 20d also funny. 14a and 4d both very nice wordplay though initially confusing - tbf the LHS *did* go in quicker but I wouldn't describe it as 14a at all. As you've invited constructive feedback, spoilers follow ...

I found this very tricky, Gillafox, and definitely 4d. Lots of good ideas - but I did find quite a few of the commas interrupted the cryptic grammar, contributing to the difficulty. Had to reveal a few in the NE at the end. Ticks included 10a, 19a, 21a, 24a, 4d, 5d, 17d. Thanks. PM
