Cryptic crossword No 2,276

I enjoyed this a lot, my favourites being 11a (perhaps I'm showing my age!), 1d, 2d, 3d. There are a couple I couldn't parse, and enabling annotated solutions is helpful for the solver. I also used to find it a useful prop for the setter, in particular flagging up whether you are over-using a particular device.

A very good crossword with a good amount of misdirection Favs 11a and 14d. I've not seen a homophonous spoonerism before! Thanks.
