I'm pretty stumped at the moment, but I think 16d is very clever. And 14a: what an image!

This was a laugh as expected. Loads and loads of ribald stuff which is clearly your thing. The Hoskins of MyC. All seems pretty solid; things I might have raised an eyebrow at have dictionary backing so I'm not complaining. At least, not too much. Ticks for 1a, 14a, 17a, 26a, 5d, 6d, 16d in particular. Thanks. PM

Thanks ALP, this is is the first of yours I have tackled, a toughie to get into and complete but very enjoyable once I'd started to twig what you were up to! Lots of devious surfaces and tricky definitions - I could pick lots more but I thought 11a, 24a, 26a, 29a, 5d, 8d, 13d and 16d all excellent. After your "pinching Melania's butt" reference in last month's competition 14a 23d and 25d lived up to expectations. I look forward to seeing whether 9a needs any defence...

Great fun ALP, thanks - and of course a little risqué along the way! The NE corner took me rather a while, but I'm not complaining. Favourites included the remarkable 16d, the neat 22a, and the very smooth 12a.

That was a challenge - took a while and I couldn't finish it but I learnt more about clever wordplays, plus new vocabulary! Favourite is 1a. Thank you!

Haha. Classic ALP with everything pushed to the Nth degree (kettle/pot?), but all with dictionary support and all brilliantly done. Even though I required some reveals in the end, I'd say your best yet, with great surfaces and some devilish WP. But trademark wit and ingenuity made this proper fun! 1a (great surface, fab WP), 14a (chuckle city!) 22a(gorgeous), 3d (hilarious), 21d (cruel) 25d (for my baser self) Comments...
