Cryptic crossword No 3,010

Good to meet my neighbour! I enjoyed this- not too hard, not too easy. Satisfying eureka moments with 1 and 31- clever misdirections. Ticks also for 12, 26 & 30. Chuckled at the Spoonerism. My first thought for 3 was a different (equally plausible) girl. Couldn’t convince myself how the solution for 16 matched the definition… Just read the thoughts of Fez in his latest blog re clueing initial letters - might be relevant to 7. Cheers!
