Congratulations . I found this enjoyable , mid-level difficult maybe . Having completed it I still can't identify the 4 additional appearances re 4/13 , not my specialist subject obviously.

This was a fun puzzle — very good work for your first ever grid! I'm impressed you got the four extra appearances of the theme without having to fill the grid with obscure words, especially intersecting with 4A 13A, that's a good spot. (Spoilers in reply)
