Fabulous! I had a great time with this puzzle, thank you. 6a and 7a hooked me, and it was a fun ride throughout. 20d is another CotD candidate. Bravo.

Agree with tpgrammar this is really good - perfectly balanced and very nice surfaces. I particularly enjoyed 7a, 14a, 19a, 23a, 3d, 6d, 20d but I could easily pick several more.
