Cryptic crossword No 3,351

Thank you. Very elegant. Lots of excellent clues, with 19a, 24a, 27a and 15d particular favourites; and (that rare thing) a very good Spoonerism at 9d. Purists may grumble about 3d being a hidden anagram (unless I've misunderstood your use of "cycling"?) - though personally I'm not greatly bothered by it!
