Cryptic crossword No 3,372

Formidable! 1a/13a introduced the theme wonderfully and everything flowed from there apart from 26d which I still don’t get. Ringo was brilliant- you should copyright it if it’s a first! 25d also a triumph. 9a nho but gettable. And amongst the others I found 10a, 11a, 21a, 14d and 18d particularly satisfying. Thanks Henri!
