Thanks Four5tring, this was a cracker! A grid with this many long words brings its own challenges, including keeping the anagram count down. But you’ve managed it all very expertly with some fine individual clues, my pick being 9a, 10a, 13a, 16a! 1d, 5d, 6d, 7d, 14d. And nothing I can think of to write under the line! Congrats 🙌

This was super, Four5tring. Among my favourites were 8a, 9a (NHO but fairly clued), 10a with its brilliant Love Island surface, 16a, 4d, 5d (seems to be in everybody's list of favourites!), 15d.
