Hi — really enjoyed this. One clue has got me confused though. In the “Milady … fish … mad radical” clue, the clue uses “fish”, but I can’t make the wordplay work with that at all. Could you confirm whether “fish” is definitely the intended word please? If so, are you able to give a hint or a source of that word on the intended meaning please?

Thanks for the comment. in 12A fish is ID, which is to be removed from MILADY. 'mad' indicates anagram, which leads to the answer. A bit obscure perhaps as ID is not present as consecutive letters in MILADY. Is this unconventional? Not really sure.
