Thanks for this Skirwingle, a fairly gentle ride but good tidy clueing and plenty to enjoy. Faves? I'll go for 9a and 24a, good misdirection in that last. Oh and 14a - but (SPOILER)...

Thanks Skirwingle, I found that to be a good balance with some easier and some more challenging clues. Favourites were 9a, 10a, 11a and 7d. I wasn't familiar with 17d but google helped me out there.

Enjoyable and reasonably straightforward crossword, thanks. Some nice misdirection, eg, 24a and 3d. Only minor criticism is that several surfaces are pretty meaningless!

Was pleased to see you’d uploaded another puzzle here - thank you! Some great ideas here. For me the most successful clue is 15D, though quite a few chuckles elsewhere!

That was enjoyable and instructive - I wasn’t aware of the Canadian coin and it was only after revealing 19a that I understood how it made sense. Difficulty with doing crosswords on the iPad is that it isn’t easy to note which clues are the especial favourites. Which is my excuse for not listing them. Thanks Skirwingle.
