Mini crossword No 132

Really nice! 1a I particularly enjoyed. I did have one thought, which I'll add in a reply to hide spoilers. I've only just published my first crossword so take my feedback with a pinch of salt.

Thanks EssBee and congrats on your first puzzle. My fave was 3d for the smooth believable surface, also liked 5a, 6a & 4d. If you're in the market for hopefully constructive feedback, spoilers follow ...

The clue style reminded me of Cyclops a bit. A fun solve - 2d was probably my favourite. I agree with rest of the feedback here, so I'd just add one tiny note...

I'm just now getting around to this mini puzzle. I enjoyed solving it! I had a couple niggles that have already been addressed by earlier commenters. I'll put my favorite parts that haven't already been mentioned down in a hidden reply.
