That was fun, thanks, Tug. Tricky but fun. Faves were 10a, 12a, 14d. Araucaria was fond of perimeter quotes so you’re in good company there.

Thanks Tug, super stuff ... not being too familiar with the theme, I did need the anagram of the unchecked letters (to spot the film title in the first place, then to get the full quote) and perhaps surprisingly the ridiculous 1a etc to piece everything together. Very nicely done. Not exactly a "Quick" crossword! 8a had me scratching head for a while until remembering US interpretation of the key word. Faves 12a, 19a (nho so satisfying to put together), 14d & 18d. Thanks again!
