Welcome to MyC Suspicious_Door! This is pretty accomplished for a second attempt. I particularly appreciated 7a, 10a, 11a, 15a, 23a, 2d, 9d, 14d among others. I have questions about 16a, 1d, 3d, 6d, 19d & 21d but since I'm unable to see what you intended via the 'annotated solutions' being made visible, it's difficult to provide constructive feedback for them. If you did fill in the 'explanations' when setting, you can make these visible retrospectively using 'solution settings' (continued...)

Thanks Suspicious_Door and welcome to MyCrossword, a godsend for new setters and even for some seasoned ones. Except for the oddly written 1d I enjoyed this quite a bit with my top picks being 7a, 11a, 15a, 22a, 23a, and 4d.

One more welcome, albeit a belated one, to toss on the pile - nothing much to say that hasn't already been said by the usual suspects, so I'll say my top three were 10a (for wordplay), 5d (for elegance) & 21d (for surface and construction)... and I'd have put 12a in there instead, but only because I read the surface in a rather more risqué way than you (presumably) intended and thought that made it flow rather well.
