Welcome, Galvania! A really nice variety of ideas here - 22a, 11a, 5d and 6d my favourites. If you add annotated solutions, it helps us to know how the clue's meant to work, and whether it's just us being slow. Some more spoilery comments to follow.

As others have said, Galvania, welcome to the site and thanks for an enjoyable puzzle. I'm another who would appreciate Annotations if you have done them. They can be switched on in Solution Settings. 16a is a nice idea - I haven't seen the indicator used quite like that before and think it works. Other likes inc 26a for the smooth surface, 7d which flows very well, 17d which is amusing and 19d which is, again, different and presents a funny image (to describe a nho word). Thanks. PM
