Lots of lovely stuff, particularly 9a (fun surface), 12a (very neat), 20a (fun and neat), 24a (smooth), 26a (great indicator), 1d (FOI, neat), 6d (cute bit of WP), 8d (likewise), 15d (lovely def), 16d (lovely surface construction and burying of the def), 19d (very smooth), 21d (satisfying) and 25d (simple and effective) - thanks again :)

I saw this was up for a live solve but, selfishly, wanted the treat of doing it myself so just ran through this. Delightful - lovely concept, excellently executed. And some cracking devices and definitions scattered throughout. I loved 9a, 10a, 14a, 26a, 4d, 8d (COTD), 16d, 18d and 19d. Splendid stuff. Thanks. PM
