Excellent puzzle, sirdakka. Really too many that I could tick: taking Fez's lead, the favourite faves are 10a, 12a, 25a, 27a, 6d, 7d, 15d, 21d and 23d. Some lovely surfaces and some very neat constructions in here. Thanks. PM

Most excellent Sirdakka. Naturally I loved 1a, but also 9a, 16a,17a, 18a (great def!), 22a (my COTD having just converted to the new version of Outlook and spent the day struggling hopelessly!), 25a, 26a, 3d, 7d, 15d, 21d. 10a is an NHO in this sense for me but checks out. 19a is beyond my paygrade, so I needed your notes. 1d the def was a bit too stretchy for my pea brain, but I like it!
