Great fun, thanks Fez. Most of this slipped in easily but I did reveal 3a (nho), 28a, and 30d. My ticks went to 17a, 31a (nice surface), 32a, 34a, 15d, 19d, 20d, and 22d. Spoiler in reply.

Nicely done Fez - I cottoned on fairly quickly, and was looking good for a probably record Fez-solve before a few parsings proved elusive. Favourites included 12a, 2d, 20d(!) and 26d (but with such things the grid is the star!).

Ah, it comes to us all in the end 😆 but very nicely done, good to see the Fez spin! Also your most accessible puzzle in a while. Liked 3a, 9a, 27a, 34a, 11d, 19d and 20d. Cheers!

Impressive and enjoyable, and I'm flattered to be included. I'll return with favourites when I'm more awake!

Cheers Fez, kept me occupied during a poor night's sleep and filled in the rest after work today. Got there in the end with the deceptively structured 30d causing the most difficulty (the theme should have helped here, as it did with 28a). Many fun clues, including 6a, 16a, 24a, 27a, 33a, 5d, 20d (nice), 26d, and 27d. I initially thought the theme would be 27a when I filled that one early on! Thanks again

Enormously good fun, Fez. Yes, accessible but the grid - once again - is the star of the show. It's a shame we don't have the facility as solvers to highlight a theme so we could truly admire the density. That is NOT meant to detract from the cluing which is of the highest order, as ever. Some remarkable twists and turns. But all revealed themselves I am pleased to say. For once, no faves from me: I know it's nice to see a list but they were all crackers - alpha through omega. No Fez tho!

Resumed this after Conto’s Twitch session and just completed. Very clever! I particularly appreciate 9a, 27a, 34a, 14d, 19d (how did you know?), 29a among others. A few were tricky parsings for the likes of me, but it all eventually fell into place. Thanks! Spoilers in reply…

Great stuff Fez, thanks. As always, the clever constructions and deceptive thematic density are most impressive. I’m with PM in saying that the grid-fill is the real star but will nominate a podium of 27a, 8d and 20d (obvs) - but many more might have been on there. Spoilers …

Gosh this was soooo deceptive. For the most part, it was very much at the gentler end of your range, but as your genius emerged from the grid, I could only marvel. To have crammed so much in, and in such a clever way, was just fabulous. Like PM, I am not going to pick favourites (there were many) because the podium is reserved for the grid. Bravo!
