Very gentle, for you. What have you done with Fez? I was braced for another Boolean mind-bender! Proof, if proof were needed, that a cracker doesn’t need to be tough. But no, there was some definite chew – 17a, etc ...

Great stuff Fez, thanks. I don’t think I found it quite as gentle as ALP but I managed to complete the grid with only a minor misstep. I should have thought harder after completing it and I might have spotted the theme (but I didn’t … and I didn’t). Favourites: 3a, 11a, 20a, 24a, 4d, 8d, 28d and 31d. Spoiler …

Lovely stuff, Fez - maybe the second-best album released that day ;-) I especially liked 5d, 4d, 6d, 17a, and 24a.

Thanks Fez for another super crossword. This was a bit of a challenge for me but I got there in the end except for a reveal of 9a. I had no hope of parsing 10a, 8d, or 27d but all else made sense. Lots of favourites including 17a, 19a, 21a, 1d, 6d, 7d, 20d (COTD), 26d, and 28d. More in reply.

Some absolute corkers as per usual, Fez: 3d is the star of the show, but plenty of other big ticks including 5a, 13a, 21a, 24a, 6d and 31d. As for the theme...

Nice to see you back, Fez. It feels like a while. And a typically whizzy, Fezzy puzzle. I'm more with ALP than Coot when it comes to the difficulty level; this was more approachable than expected. Faves include 11a, 19a, 21a, 24a, 1d, 3d (for the sheer effrontery), 4d (ha ha), 6d, 16d and 26d. Thanks. PM

Fabulous work, and for once I spotted the you-know-what 😁 My favourites include 11a, 13a, 17a, 35a, 4d, 14d, 20d and 27d. Thanks for making me feel old though 😆

After a forced break, I am somewhat rusty so expected the worst (of my ability to solve a 'Fez'). Actually I got on surprisingly well and was as ever hugely impressed. I enjoyed 3a, 12a, 21a, 22a, 30a, 4d, 31d in particular. Thanks Fez.
