Hard to pick a favourite, so many satisfying click-click-click clues. Solved the hint early and then forgot to check for the extra till right near the end, but it was still a help. If I must, faves include: 12a (what a surface!), 24a (ditto), 1d,5d,8d,14d,15d (see? Too many to choose!)

Thanks Gennaro. You’re publishing much more regularly than I am, which is an accomplishment in itself. Another trademark offering, good fun despite my nho. Also a bit of spice sprinkled in for good measure. I particularly 6a, 12a, 22a, 2d, 4d, 19d among others. Some a bit tricksy I found, but maybe I’m a bit out of practice… I didn’t manage to finish your last one, so this one was more tractable. Thanks again!

Good stuff, thanks Gennaro. Quite chewy in places with some trick solutions and synonyms, so I needed the Nina to give me a leg up! Favourites: 21a, 24a, 1d, 7d, 8d and 15d. Spoilers …

Nice gentle puzzle. Many thanks. I note there are a couple of deleted comments from a commenter/page that does not exist. Are we to presume an anniversary of some kind?

Enjoyed that a lot. I was defeated by 7d and 17d, although both are clear after your explanations. 9a, 12a, 22a were brilliant - the surface of 12a could have been by Paul in the Grauniad!

Thanks Gennaro, nicely done - the Nina jumped out very early on which made for a fairly speedy solve :-) Faves include 11a, 23a, 24a, 7d, 14d & 15d ... thanks again!
