Very nice! I spotted Nina early which was a great help - bravo for constructing it! Many neat clues as usual, faves include 1a,13a,24a and 4d,15d,21d. NHO 5d but I got to it in the end. Thanks for keeping these weekly treats coming at such a high standard

Thanks as always, Gennaro. I had a blast with this puzzle and, for the first time, disciplined myself to not hit the Check button even once (personal landmark). Many clues, after clicking into place, had me talking appreciatively to myself out loud. 4d is of course a favorite; will list more later thanks again

Classic Gennaro fun 😁 I got the lower half of The Thing first and was puzzled about the top half until I had a few more letters, then the penny dropped! Very nicely done. Podium: 23a, 17d, 18d. Thanks!

Thanks Gennaro. A relatively friendly solve compared with some of your more recently offerings (but none the worse for that). My podium goes to 6a, 23a & 20d. Spoiler...

Very late to this Gennaro but got there in the end. Found the top much easier than the bottom for a reason you can probably guess! Favourites: 6a, 10a, 22a, 23a, 15d and 20d.
