Super puzzle, widders, thanks. Trademark efficient, accurate and witty cluing. Hard to pick favourites but... 7A, 14A, 22A, 2D, 5D, 8D and 16D.

Hi Widders. Solved this last night whilst Liari was doing same - very cleanly clued as always and I really enjoyed the fine set of surfaces you assembled. Not having an issue with rhotism, the Spoonerism was a laugh for me. Other particular favourites include 6a, 10a, 14a, 22a, 2d, 5d, 9d and 13d. Many thanks for a very enjoyable puzzle. PM

Excellent puzzle widders, I thoroughly enjoyed solving that! I'm ridiculously late to the party, finishing the SW after a significant break but I'm very glad I remembered to dig this one out today. I really liked 6a (neat), 7a (likewise), 11a (cute), 15a (nice), 22a (smooth), 2d (cleverly done), 4d (neat), 5d (clean), 8d (very clever, nice), 9d (clean), 13d (smooth), 16d (fun), 17d (very neat) and 21d (neat) - thanks for challenge!

I always have a few nice PDMs with your crosswords and there were some particularly nice ones here with 22a 8d 2d!! 🤣 4d 14a… lots of smiles! 12a and 20a also appealed to me. Particularly liked the consonance of WP to solution for the 12a - great spot! Thanks again
