Another quiptic that really hit the spot Coot, thanks for a lovely puzzle. I'm a very rusty solver at the moment so I appreciate a puzzle that makes me feel vaguely competent! My faves include 9a (neat), 18a (nice), 24a (nice), 1d (cute), 4d (clean), 10d (fun) and 14d (likewise)

Very nice puzzle Coot. I also enjoy the slightly easier solves and yours always have super surfaces. Faves were 1d which made me chuckle, 3d, 7d, 14d 13a, 16a, 17a, 18a...
