Nice to see you back Coot. I found this one just about right for an end of a long day solve: nothing too demanding but plenty of rewards and lots for an aspiring setter to learn from. Picks of the bunch for me were 14a, 15a, 18a (such a great word!), 22a, 14d, 19d, 20d. Many thanks!
Just the right amount of trickery for a quick, and so many clever bits that raised a smile it's hard to pick faves. Especially liked 1a,9a,14a,24a, 2d,4d,6d,14d. It was very nice to solve this after watching you on tpg's channel
Thanks Coot, it's always a pleasure. Favourites included 1a, 18a, 4d, and 6d. I didn't quite get the definition in 7d but it's right there in Chambers -- solve and learn!
